Baked Oatmeal

This is a healthy dish that's great for breakfast when family or friends come to visit. It fills the house with a great smell, and feeds roughly 8 people. I bake it year round and have enjoyed it for many years! Mix the ingredients below and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.

Start by using a large mixing bowl. Add the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Now beat two eggs in a small mixing bowl and add them in. Assuming your mixed fruit is frozen, thaw in a microwave using the same small mixing bowl and add them in. Do the same to melt the butter. Now lastly, add in the cup of milk.
